What is Viagra (sildenafil)Viagra is a prescription medication for the management of erectile dysfunction. It helps enhance blood flow, supporting erectile function during sexual activity, provided you are taking this drug in dosage that suits your personal requirements. Viagra is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), which works by blocking the estrogen receptors in the body and enhancing the effects on the hypothalamus and ovaries of your body to improve sexual performance. This action increases the production of Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), which are critical for ovulation andmaking it easier for sperm to implant in the body. By promoting the growth of sperm, Viagra helps improve the chances of germs getting into the vagina and causing an erection. Both Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Silodosin (PDE-5) are available to treat hormone-dependent pulmonary fibrosis and will help you improve your sexual health within a month. Viagra is non-prescription and effective only with the use of medical professionals’ help.
Viagra is an estrogen-containing medication that is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction. Its mechanism involves increasing the production of LH and FSH which helps maintain an erection. Viagra works by inhibiting the enzyme estrogen-type transcription factors that are essential for the normal development and growth of the male genital organs. By blocking estrogen-type transcription factors, Viagra allows the body to no longer produce essential hormones, resulting in an erection. Viagra is available in doses of 50mg and 100mg daily for effective treatment of erectile dysfunction.

The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Tuesday that it has approved a generic version of the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, sold under the brand name Levitra.
The approval comes just months after the FDA approved the drug for its use in treating erectile dysfunction.
In June, the FDA announced that it had also approved the drug, which is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), also known as hypertension.
Under the brand name Viagra, Levitra is the active ingredient in the prescription drug, Revatio, approved by the FDA for treating erectile dysfunction.
In its announcement, FDA Commissioner Lester Crawford said that the drug is the "first generic that has been approved by the FDA for treating PAH."
The agency said that the company is pleased with the results of the study, which involved more than 80 people, and has received several million reports from patients about the drug.
“This is the first time the FDA has approved an erectile dysfunction medication,” Crawford said.
“We are excited about what this decision may hold up,” said Dr. Nachum Katlowitz, chief of urology and a member of the American Urological Association.
FDA Chairman and CEO Fred J. Who said that the approval of the drug is “the first step toward a new generation of drugs for erectile dysfunction.”The FDA approved Levitra for erectile dysfunction in May 1998.
Dr. Katlowitz said that the drug was approved because the American College of Cardiology approved it in August.
The FDA approved Levitra in October as well.
“With that said, we have received millions of reports from patients who have been prescribed this medication,” Katlowitz said.
The FDA is now working with the FDA to take an additional step to find a generic version of the drug.
In the meantime, many people taking Levitra have reported side effects, including:More than 80 percent of people who took Levitra complained of side effects in the first three months of treatment.
“As you get older, you start to notice some of these side effects that you may not realize,” Katlowitz said. “And you start to notice that these are some of the most common ones.”
If you or a loved one has had an erection that lasted more than four hours, you should contact your doctor right away.
